Who We Are
Four Jacks Construction Consulting Inc. was founded with a simple goal: to fill a growing need for experienced, reliable support within the construction industry. After several years managing projects for a key BC Hydro subcontractor, David recognized that his knowledge and firsthand experience could provide immense value to other contractors working across Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. Around the same time, Delea had built her own successful business in administrative services and was ready to bring her expertise to a new venture. Together, they combined their strengths to create a business rooted in partnership, integrity, and a shared desire to balance meaningful work with more time spent raising their young family. At Four Jacks, we are proud to work alongside our clients, offering trusted guidance and hands-on support at every stage of the project.
David Jackson
Founder & Lead Consultant
With a strong foundation in project management and sales, David brings a results-driven mindset and a calm, solutions-focused presence to every project he supports. His career began in the transportation industry, where he worked as both a truck driver and dispatcher before transitioning into construction project management for a key BC Hydro subcontractor. There, he quickly became known for his ability to lead multi-layered projects with precision, professionalism, and adaptability.
Operationally inclined and highly organized, David excels in creating and implementing systems that drive efficiency while ensuring safety remains a top priority. His ability to juggle competing priorities, manage conflict, and navigate complex client negotiations makes him a trusted resource for contractors and partners alike. Whether he's troubleshooting delays, coordinating utilities, or building relationships with clients and vendors, David leads with integrity, clarity, and a deep understanding of the challenges on the ground.
When he’s not on-site or on the phone, David enjoys quality time with his two daughters and their family dog, working on cars, playing a round of golf, or spending weekends at the racetrack.
Delea Jackson
Co-Founder & Administrative Lead
With a diverse background in customer service, event management, and graphic design, Delea brings a creative, detail-oriented approach to the operational side of Four Jacks Construction Consulting Inc. Prior to co-founding the business, Delea spent several years as a 911 Dispatcher for the RCMP, a role that honed her ability to stay calm under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and communicate with precision and professionalism.
At Four Jacks, Delea oversees administrative operations, client communications, and internal process development, ensuring that every project runs smoothly behind the scenes. Highly organized and adaptable, she thrives in fast-paced environments where multitasking and proactive problem-solving are key. Her background in event management and design adds a unique layer of creativity to the company’s communication and client service offerings.
Outside of work, Delea enjoys spending time with her family, getting outdoors, and unwinding with a good book whenever she gets the chance.
